AsTech uses Autel Remote Expert as the connection between you (the mechanic shop) and AsTech. The difference is that if you use Remote Expert as a stand-alone without AsTech, you will get a different programmer every time, and the rates can be very high. With AsTech, you will have the same dedicated team as well as an incredibly competitive fixed pricing model.
After you fill out the contact form, a member of our team will reach out to you. Once we get the serial # of the device/s you want to use, it takes about 15 minutes to get set up with AsTech. From there it may take 24-48 for Launch/Autel to whitelist your device and it be ready for use with AsTech. It’s that easy!
